In this advanced class, 25 year Ayurvedic practitioner Ritu Bhalla will guide students in learning the Marma points (vital spots) of the upper extremities, lower extremities, abdomen and chest.  Students will learn Marmas nature and classification, the cause and effect of increased Dosha on Marma points, the srotas (channels of circulation) and associated disorders and how to approach pain management through this Ayurvedic therapy.

Studies in Ayurveda will add profound healing dimensions that one can use personally every day and that will also be of extreme benefit to clients.  It is invaluable knowledge and practice for LMTs, Estheticians, Cosmetologists, LVNs /RNs /MAs, Yoga Instructors, Health Coaches, Fitness Trainers, Social Workers, Nutritionists, Wellness Consultants and many others to incorporate into their practice.
